not feeling like yourself in the pregnancy or postpartum period
struggling to adjust to life after birth
trauma during birth
wanting to do individual work to support your partner during pregnancy or postpartum
coping with a pregnancy/infant loss
feeling anxious in a pregnancy after a pregnancy or infant loss
Meeting with others who "get it" is a total game changer. Participating in groups is shown to prevent and reduce postpartum depression and other PMADs.
