Initial 20 minute phone consultation: $0

Initial assessment (45-60 minutes): $240

Individual subsequent sessions (45-50 minutes): $190

Group sessions (75- 90 minutes x 7 sessions): $360 for whole series

Note: Longer therapy sessions are available upon request and at therapist's discretion. Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR) sessions are recommended at 60-110 minutes. For 70-75 minute sessions, fee is $ $320. For 90-100 minute sessions, fee is $380.

I reserve a few sliding scale slots for those who are having financial difficulties. If this is you, please reach out and inquire if I have reduced fee slots open at the moment.

Insurance Information

I am an OUT OF NETWORK provider, meaning that I do not take insurance. If you have a PPO, there is typically a partial or full reimbursement. If you have an HMO, normally your insurance has a list of in-network providers; if you would still like to see me, I can see you as private pay. Please inquire directly with your insurance for how much they will cover.

Upon request, I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
